3. Service providers and transfers · Penyedia perkhidmatan dan pemindahan
AssessClaim uses authorised infrastructure and service providers, including Wix for site, membership, protected database and private media functions; Google Drive and Google Sheets for the administrator-controlled secondary archive and register; OpenStreetMap services for user-requested map or nearby-place functions; and AI processing providers for requested assessment or drafting tasks. Processing may occur outside Malaysia subject to applicable safeguards and permissions.
The staff-monitoring pilot does not disclose live-location data to 999, PDRM, hospitals, insurers or emergency contacts. Separately, the Emergency Notification control can disclose a fresh precise position to the matched Hospital and configured PDRM pilot portals after verified sign-in, a review delay and explicit consent. Its live receipt distinguishes the verified AssessClaim database write, portal delivery, authorised acknowledgement, task acceptance and recorded responder dispatch; database or portal receipt alone does not confirm any later stage. A map provider receives coordinates only when a member or authorised administrator deliberately opens or requests a map function.

4. Retention · Tempoh penyimpanan
- Emergency timer and scene checklist: on your device until you clear them.
- Controlled-pilot coordinates: the latest accepted position replaces the previous position. Deletion is requested when you stop, leave the page or reach the one-hour limit. A network or abrupt-device failure can delay enforcement until the next server or authorised monitoring check.
- Emergency-notification coordinates: Hospital access ends and precise incident coordinates are deleted when you report an accidental activation or at the one-hour limit. A PDRM pilot case may retain the fact of activation, cancellation flag and operator workflow record for accountability, without retaining the withdrawn precise coordinates.
- Controlled-pilot incident metadata: 30 days after stop or expiry. Consent and access-audit records: 12 months for accountability, unless earlier deletion is completed or longer preservation is legally required.
- Evidence-vault files: until you delete your AssessClaim data or account, subject to legal preservation requirements.
- Generated member report PDFs: 30 days in the private member archive.
- Optional trusted-device session: up to 30 days from the latest successful renewal, unless you sign out, clear browser cookies or Wix revokes or expires the member credentials.
- Account and emergency profile: while the account remains active or until deletion is completed.
- Security and operational records: only as long as reasonably required to protect the service and meet legal duties.

5. Your choices and rights · Pilihan dan hak anda
Signed-in members can correct emergency-profile information, stop live sharing immediately, report an accidental emergency activation, revoke Hospital access, download a machine-readable copy including pilot consent and access records, clear browser-only accident data, delete AssessClaim pilot records, evidence and reports, and request permanent account deletion from the Members Area. A PDRM operator-review record may remain where required for safety and accountability. Optional emergency-contact consent can be withdrawn by changing the profile setting.

6. Safety, accuracy and complaints · Keselamatan, ketepatan dan aduan
No internet service is completely secure. AssessClaim uses protected collections, verified-member access, privileged staff access, throttling, location-jump checks, one-active-incident limits, expiry controls, pseudonymous access logs, integrity hashes and limited viewing links. Contact us immediately to report an incorrect record, suspected unauthorised access, data breach or privacy concern.
The pilot is privacy-by-design functionality, not a legal certification of PDPA compliance. AssessClaim should maintain its organisational security policy, processor agreements, staff-access reviews, breach-response process and any required Data Protection Officer arrangements before wider rollout.
